• Our Labor per hour charge is $65 - $95 per hour. Home or Residential service if $65 Per Hour on-site computer repair, Small Business and some home based businesses have more complex software and networking needs. This service falls into the Small or home based business bracket rates are normally $75.00 per houron-site computer repair. If you are a corporate business or general business our rates generally start at $95.00 per hour for on-site computer repair.
• We can work on a service contract or maintenance agreements for services that you would to be rendered on a regular basis.
  
• We offer some special offers and flat rate services. We post coupons on our website sometimes. To take part in our computer repair coupons please print the coupon and call or email your on-site service request and inform us of the coupon you would like to use.
• Flat Rates are per computer and or service that will be completed. So if you had 4 computers on the same locations and you had one service call charge and the flat rate was offered for $75.00 per computer the it would apply to each machine that was fixed or Repaired. We limit the flat rate to a max of 4 hours per machine also.

1. Open Windows Explore go to C:/Windows/System32 and Rename tssoft32.acm to tssoft32OLD.acm

2. Click Here to Download tssoft32.acm save in C:/Windows/System32 folder

3. In Control Panel, go to Add Hardware.

4. Click Next and after it searches choose Yes, I have already connected the hardware Click Next.

5. Scroll down to the bottom of the Installed hardware list and choose Add a new hardware device Click Next.

6. Choose Install the hardware that I manually select from a list (Advanced) Click Next.

7. Choose Sound, video and game controllers from the Common hardware types list. Click Next.

8. Click on the Have Disk button.

9. Click Browse

10. Navigate to the C:/Windows/System32 folder

11. Choose $winnt$.inf Click Ok. (if you cant find that file try mmdriver.inf )

12. Click Continue Anyway if you get a warning box.

13. Select DSP Group TrueSpeech Audio CODEC from the list. Click Next.

14. Click Next again to install.

15. Restart if necessary.
